Stuart Graham

Stuart is one of the world’s leading political digital specialists and has worked with some of the biggest global leaders in politics, business and the third sector - including global heads of state.

Aged just 16, Stuart started his career as a writer in regional British newspapers, moving on to launch his first creative agency in 2008, where he quickly worked with some large brands including Boots, Waitrose and Debenhams on creative strategy for print advertising.

Following the demise of the print industry and the growth of digital media, Stuart worked for some backbench British MPs crafting unique digital communication strategies before co-founding Millbank in 2018. Since then, he has worked with a huge array of British MPs from across a number of political parties - known for his dedication to getting the job done.

Stuart has worked closely with many former British Prime Ministers on digital strategy including Lord David Cameron, Boris Johnson and Liz Truss, and almost all senior British cabinet members. In 2022, he was appointed Political Photographer to Prime Minister Rishi Sunak.

He has a large personal repertoire of photographs taken at various events over many years of world leaders, Royal families and heads of state.

In November 2023, he was appointed to lead a team of more than 90 world-class photographers and videographers at COP28, the global climate change summit in Dubai, managing and distributing 50,000 images and 300+ hours of footage from 185 global leaders and heads of state across two weeks.

Stuart is a seasoned campaign specialist, and has led on digital strategy for campaigns across the world, including recently the US, Iraq, the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

He is a former local Councillor for the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea in London.

Stuart lives in Cambridgeshire and spends time between London and the United Arab Emirates working on projects for our global partners.
